We deliberately do not collect medical history, health conditions, medications, or photographs through this website. Those details belong in a private conversation with Victoria, not in a web form.

To contact you about your requested appointment, confirm or reschedule visits, and answer your questions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Scheduling and third-party tools
Appointment requests are handled through our scheduling provider, which processes your contact details on our behalf under its own privacy terms. Our website may use analytics and advertising measurement tools that record non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed and links clicked.
Protected health information
Information you provide once you become a patient is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable federal and Illinois privacy requirements, including HIPAA where it applies. Website form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, but no internet transmission is ever completely secure — please don't send sensitive health details by web form or email.
